A guide to preparing bid documents
MANILA, Philippines — The Center for Global Best Practices will hold a two-day program titled, “Best Practices Guide on How to Prepare Your Bidding Documents” on June 28 and 29 at the Manila Marriott Hotel, Pasay City. The program is highly recommended for heads of procuring entities, bids and awards committees (BACs) of national government agencies, local government units, GOCCs, BAC secretariat members, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and everyone who wants to participate in bidding for government projects. The seminar aims to provide participants with a better understanding of the various provisions of the new Philippine bidding documents for the procurement of goods, infrastructure projects and consulting services.
The training program will feature Marilou Reyes who has 35 years of experience in procurement. She has conducted numerous procurement training and provided consulting services to many LGUs and various government agencies.
