MANILA, Philippines – The Center for Global Best Practices is launching a pioneering seminar titled “Best Practices in Parliamentary Procedures for Public Officials” on Oct. 14 at Makati Diamond Residences, Makati City. This seminar will feature the chief parliamentarian of the Senate, Atty. Amado Formoso Maralit. He provides expert guidance on all parliamentary matters in the Senate. As an authority on this topic, he lectures and coaches senators, chief executives, board directors, leaders in both government and the private sectors on the conduct of meetings, sessions, deliberations. He graduated magna cum laude with the most prestigious higher law doctorate known as the Doctor of Civil Law (DCL) at the University of Santo Tomas, Master’s of Public Administration (MPA) at the University of the Philippines (Diliman) and Masters of Laws (LLM) at the University of the City of Manila, Philippines.
