MANILA, Philippines - Gaisano-led Metro Retail Stores Group Inc. (MRSGI) has agreed to pay P499 million to the joint venture of the Ayala and Tantoco groups for the purchase of WellWorth department stores at Fairview Terraces Mall and UP Town Center Mall.
