Best practices to manage resistance to change

MANILA, Philippines - Change in plans, policies, job assignments, functions, roles and responsibilities creates resistance among many employees and people in general. The seminar will feature US-based trainer, Dr. Phillip Ash who was the training director of Asian Development Bank and who spearheaded the re-alignment efforts that transformed ADB’s functional approach towards HR to a more strategic focus.

In his visit to the Philippines, he will also lecture on four other topics entitled, Manager of Manager’s Program (Jan. 27 and 28); Developing and Leading High Performance Teams (Feb. 11) Best Practices on How To Set Up Online Learning Courses (Feb. 12); Leadership in Action: Mastering EQ and Body Language (Feb. 17).
