Best practices for managers

MANILA, Philippines - The Center for Global Best Practices will conduct a pioneering two-day seminar titled Best Practices for Manager of Managers on Jan. 27 and 28 at The Edsa Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong.

This seminar is designed to address and solve difficulty among managers in preparing them for bigger roles in an organization.

Many managers fail to perform effectively once they pass the important threshold to become a manager of other managers handling two or multiple groups because the job is not the same as that of a manager handling a team and the critical skills one must possess are different.
