The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines – The Center for Global Best Practices is holding a one-day comprehensive seminar titled, “Best Practices Guide in Using the Small Claims Court:  How to Collect Debt Without Using a Lawyer” on Nov. 12, 2015 at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City.  The establishment of the Small Claims Court has made settlement of collection cases become more convenient, less complicated and generally hassle-free. Banks all over the country have also been using this and have proven it very effective.
