Construction firm addresses disaster resiliency with clients

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Dimension-ALL Inc. (DAI), a leading supplier of high quality construction materials, said “disaster resiliency of buildings and structures is a result of good relationship between companies and clients that lead to sound decisions and planning.”

DAI is a pioneer in the system formworks and scaffolding market in the Philippines, supplying projects such as the La Mesa Dam and Magat Dam building in the Metro Plaza Makati area, as well as the construction of Ali Mall Cubao, SM North Edsa, ADB Ortigas, GSIS main building and the Purefoods plant in Batangas.

“With recent and potentially-forthcoming calamities that pose danger to life and property, it is the responsibility of the construction industry to establish relationships with clients and these relationships will lead to sound decisions that will result in disaster-resilient communities,” said DAI sales manager Mary Grace Lamarroza.

She said the company has initiated a customer care program that involves engaging clients as partners working together to improve the company’s services.

“We have our Continuing Formworks Education (CFE) program that helps us directly engage with our clients and our new ISO certification helps a lot in connecting with the market,” Lamarroza said.

The CFE program gives DAI a platform where the company “engages its clients, promotes DAI’s products and services, and sustains the relationship between the company and the clients,” she added.

“We are looking to establish relationships with corporate and individual clients and with local government units and non-government organizations (NGOs) who need cost-efficient, environment-friendly, durable and reliable technology for construction and other projects,” Lamarroza said.

These relationships, Lamarroza hopes, will lead to sound decisions that can prevent loss of lives and properties during disasters.

“If clients want us to demonstrate how they can take full advantage of products and services, DAI is ready to connect with them,” said Lamarroza.
