MANILA, Philippines - The Center for Global Best Practices is launching a two-day seminar entitled, Best Practices in Credit Risk Ratings for Banks to be held Jan. 15 and 16, 2015 at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City.
This seminar is a specialized credit risk management program designed for the benefit of all kinds of banks including non-bank financial intermediaries such as financing companies and investment houses with commercial lending and syndicated loan operations. Business entrepreneurs will also gain appreciation of how banks evaluate, categorize and price their credit offering proposals for purposes of planning and managing bank relationships.
This seminar will feature Paulino Rodolfo E. Valenzuela, lead partner on banking programs of the Center for Global Best Practices. His past experiences in banking include being vice-chairman and president of GSIS Family Bank, executive director of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, senior vice president and chief risk officer of Philippine Business Bank, director of Research of the Philippine Dealing System Group.
