MANILA, Philippines - Guevent Investments Development Corp. (Guevent) has loaned a PCTEL Seagull MX scanner to the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) to further enhance its telecommunications benchmar-king capabilities in the country. Present during the turnover ceremony were Guevent chief operating officer Palermo Soriano Jr., Asian High Technology Corp. (AHTC) president Petronilo Guevara, NTC deputy commissioner Delilah Deles and NTC supervising administration officer Ma.
