BPO firm to open new site in QC
MANILA, Philippines - Business process outsourcing (BPO) firm Expert Global Solutions (EGS) has opened a new flagship site in Quezon City as it expands its operations in the country.
“Our move to EGS Centris is a testament of our business growth and commitment to further invest in the development of EGS in the Philippines. We are excited about the growth potential for our current business and employees, and look forward to welcoming new clients and talent to EGS,†EGS president and country head for the Philippines Bong Borja said.
The new flagship site EGS Centris, occupies the entire South Tower of Cyberpod Centris Three located in the Quezon City Triangle Park Central Business District.
EGS Centris is the firm’s seventh site in Metro Manila, and eighth in the country.
The 21-floor building has close to 4,000 seats and could accommodate 6,000 employees at full capacity.
“We consider Centris a center of excellence for EGS’ operations. It offers a state-of-the-art work environment for our employees, which facilitates the delivery of best-in-class service to our clients and their customers,†Ron Rittenmeyer, EGS chairman, president and chief executive officer said.
Apart from offering advanced technology, the new site seeks to promote work-life balance as it has a recreation area and gym for employees.

EGS is the holding company for two firms engaged in providing global BPO services APAC Customer Services, Inc. and NCO Financial Systems, Inc.
APAC provides customer relationship management solutions, while NCO specializes in financial management functions.
EGS which started its operations in the Philippines through its predecessor companies in 2003, currently employs 14,000 people.
The company with headquarters in the US, operates 100 contact centers in 13 countries.
