MANILA, Philippines - Lawyer Dominador D. Buhain, an internationally known Filipino book publisher in Asia, is the new president of the Printing Industry Board Foundation, Inc. (PIBFI). Buhain, who is president of Rex Book Store, together with other printing industry leaders, took their oath of office before Supreme Court Associate Justice Mariano Del Castillo at the Supreme Court Reception Hall recently.
