MANILA, Philippines - Convergys’ recent acquisition of Stream has resulted in the two-award winning BPO companies joining forces to become a stronger, combined team. As depicted in the company’s latest advertising campaign “Stronger as Oneâ€, the combination will cement continued growth for the nation’s talented workforce.
Already the Philippines’ largest private employer since 2010, Convergys further grew its employee base in the country from 41,000 to 55,000 with the addition of Stream in March. Together, Convergys and Stream anticipate further growth by more than 6,000 additional employees throughout the year, including positions in customer service, technical support and sales.
