Special training for corporate secretaries set

MANILA, Philippines - The Center for Global Best Practices is holding an MCLE-accredited seminar titled “Best Practices In Corporate Housekeeping:  The Experts’ Guide On How to Be An Effective Corporate Secretary” on Nov. 14 & 15 at The Peninsula Hotel, Makati City, Philippines.

This special pioneering program teaches board directors, corporate secretaries, assistant corporate secretaries and lawyers the knowledge and professional skills on how to be an effective corporate secretary and how to perform the functions of corporate housekeeping. 

The program will feature Tristan A. Catindig (A.B., cum laude, U.P. 1962; LL.B., cum laude, U.P. 1966; LL.M., Harvard Law School, Harvard University scholar, 1969) who has been in corporate law practice for more than 40 years.

The second lecturer will be Jason Nalupta, partner of the Tan Venturanza Valdez Law Office. He has extensive experience in corporate housekeeping having handled 13 corporations as corporate secretary and 22 corporations as assistant corporate secretary of local and multinational firms including those listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Pre-registration is required for this limited-seats-only event.  Early bird discounts may be availed for those who will register early and group discount for attendees of three or more.
