Century Properties to build Forbes office tower

MANILA, Philippines - Century Properties Group Inc. will build the world’s first Forbes-branded office tower, jumpstarting Forbes Media’s plan to put up a global network of commercial buildings.

Forbes Media Tower will offer prime office space while increasing Century Properties’ portfolio in its flagship development, Century City, in Makati, the real estate firm said.

“Forbes is synonymous with success and business, and this partnership fits perfectly with our distinguished portfolio of local and internationally renowned brand partners,” said Century Properties president and CEO Jose E. B. Antonio.

“Forbes has always been an authoritative resource for the world’s business leaders, and this tower further reinforces our long-standing mission,” added Forbes Media president and CEO Mike Perlis.

The Forbes Media Tower, a commercial office building designed to serve the world’s business leaders, will offer approximately 60,000 square meters of premium office space.
