DTI awards SM Food Group
MANILA, Philippines - Everyone’s favorite neighborhood store adds seven more Department of Trade and Industry’s recognition to its repertoire. The DTI recently awarded seven Savemore Market branches its Bagwis Seal of Service Excellence. Savemore Apalit and Iba both received Bronze Bagwis Service Awards while Savemore Mendez, Salitran, Angono, Tanay, and Morong all got Silver Bagwis Service Awards.
The coveted Bagwis Service Excellence seal is awarded by DTI to establishments that operate on the highest level of business ethics and uphold a fair and honest marketplace through voluntary self-regulation and service excellence.
Bagwis awardees are those that operate clean and orderly workplaces, promote good employee-employer relationships and excel in customer relations. Recognition is given to organizations that comply with trade laws, have a consumer welfare desk, implement corporate social responsibility programs and complies with ISO 9001 or quality management system requirements of the International Organization of Standardization.
