MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Franchise Association (PFA) will bring back to the country American franchise management expert Christopher Simnick to facilitate this year’s certified franchise executive (CFE) program, module IV, slated on July 15 to 16, at the AIM Conference Center Manila.
This will be the third time Simnick will facilitate the CFE program exclusively offered by the PFA which sustains its invigorated efforts to raise the global competitiveness of the Philippine franchise sector particularly its members.
Simnick, managing member and founder of Florida-based Synergy Franchise Group, LLC (Limited Liability Company), has over 30 years of business and franchise experience as an independent business owner, franchisee and franchisor.
Experienced at all corporate operation levels, his sales skills, along with his support, operations, and management style, have allowed him to put together systems and train teams in franchise development, recruitment, support, finance and operations that are respected in the franchising industry. His passion for franchising has equipped him with skills, knowledge, and experience very few franchise executives have had the opportunity to acquire.
“We are proud to say that the Philippines, which was the first country to offer the CFE program outside the US, also has the most number of CFE graduates,†said Yvette Pardo-Orbeta, PFA president and a CFE graduate herself.
PFA chairman Emeritus Samie Lim, who, together with PFA vice chairman Bing Limjoco, brought the CFE program to the Philippines, noted that the Philippines’ huge number of CFE graduates will not only be a boost to Philippine franchising but to regional franchising.
The CFE program is an integral component of Franchise Asia Philippines 2013 slated on July 17 to 21 at the SMX Convention Center. Through it, PFA seeks to further professionalize the Philippine franchise sector and make it at par with the best in the world. To date there are a total of 59 Filipinos who have completed the course.
