MANILA, Philippines - Two property developers from the Axeia Group are seeking incentives for their mass housing projects in Batangas and Cavite.

The Board of Investments (BOI) said Axeia Development Corp. “is applying for registration with the BOI as new developer of low-cost mass housing project (Le Moubreza Phases I and II) with a total capacity of 646 low-cost mass housing units on a non-pioneer status.”

Axeia Development’s project is located in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

The firm can enjoy income tax holidays for four years, as well as

other perks if its application would be approved by the BOI.

The BOI said Basic Housing Solutions Inc. has likewise filed an application for registration with the agency.

Basic Housing is seeking incentives as an expanding developer of a low-cost mass housing project with a total capacity of 27 units located in Kawit, Cavite, on a non-pioneer status.

If its application would be approved, Basic Housing will be exempt from the payment of income tax for the project for three years.

Axeia Development and Basic Housing are both under the Axeia Group, which is engaged in land acquisition, housing subdivision development, housing construction and marketing of quality and affordable housing units and properties.

The group has developed private subdivisions spanning across Metro-Manila, Calabarzon (Cavite-Laguna-Batangas-Rizal-Quezon), Central and Northern Luzon.
