ORMOC CITY, Philippines– The Department of Trade and Industry calls on all contractors to renew their licenses before the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to avoid the rush.
DTI regional director Cynthia Nierras issued the alert this week, saying that renewals were started in February 2013 and is set to end this June.
She said contractors’ PCAB licenses ending in 0-1 should have been renewed in February, those ending in 2-3 should have renewed in March, 4-5 in April, while those ending in 6-7 must renew within this month.
Those ending in 8-9 must renew by June, she added, including new applications approved from January to June 2013.
Nierras said concerned contractors may file their application at the PCAB Office in Makati City or at the DTI Regional Office at Pawing, Palo, Leyte.
