JPMorgan Chase named PEZA Outstanding Employer for 3rd time

MANILA, Philippines - JPMorgan Chase & Co. was named 2012 Outstanding Employer of the Year at the PEZA Investors’ Recognition Night held recently at the World Trade Center. This is the third time that JPMC has received the Outstanding Employer Award which elevates the organization in PEZA’s Hall of Fame –  a distinction given to organizations who have received the award in three times.

Roberto L. Panlilio, JPMC Philippines senior country officer who received the award from Trade & Industry Secretary Gregory Domingo on behalf of President Aquino, said: “This recognition is reflective of our commitment to building a first-class business and the tremendous achievements we’ve made over the years. Our employees’ expertise and capabilities have established us as one of the leading financial institutions in the Philippines and have contributed greatly to our firm’s global business. We are proud to be of service to our clients and customers locally and around the world and will continue to invest in our Philippine franchise.”

JPMC was also conferred the 2012 Outstanding Community Projects Award for its corporate social responsibility initiatives that include impactful philanthropic investments and robust employee engagement and volunteerism programs that benefit communities where it operates. This is the second year in a row that JPMC has received the Outstanding Community Projects award.
