Bob Kaplan and Dave Norton who popularized the Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Map Principles and Practices. Their strategy execution program is popularly taught at the Harvard Business School and the most widely adopted approach by fortune 500 companies and other globally successful firms. This program will provide participants a workshop experience complete from theory to practice and application. To make this training even more distinct and highly relevant, we will use frameworks, case materials and practical exercises to help participants apply the concepts immediately. In the arsenal of essential skills, success in strategy execution is what defines great leaders.
