MANILA, Philippines - The partnership between Philippines and Malaysia will get further boost this year as the Malay Chamber of Commerce Putrajaya is set to start 2013 with a two-day networking activity with the Philippine business community in Manila and Davao City this coming Jan. 23 and 24. The first day will be a business interaction session with the Manila business community. The event will be held at the Abueva Room of the Heritage Hotel in Pasay City from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. The next day, will feature a business networking session with the Mindanao/Davao City business community which will take place at the APO View Hotel in Davao City 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. “The Malay Chamber of Commerce Putrajaya-organized event hopes to establish networking and business deals between Malaysian and Filipino firms through the acquisition of business information and possible available opportunities†said Commissioner Harman Ahmad, Embassy of Malaysia-Trade. Top officials from the expected 15 Malaysian firms will be present to seek business opportunities and partnerships in the country.
