New UE graduate courses

MANILA, Philippines - The University of the East Graduate School (UEGS) beefs up its course offerings with two new post-graduate programs, the Master of Science in Accountancy and Master in Accountancy. These new CHED compliant graduate programs are offered in three tracks with 36 units each: Track 1 – research track, centered on research and requires a thesis for a degree in Master of Science in Accountancy; Track 2 - teaching track, with cognates in education-related subjects; and Track 3 – industry track, with cognates in work-related courses. The last two tracks lead to a degree in Master in Accountancy. For all three tracks, students can opt to major in the following: management accounting, audit, or taxation. The new graduate programs will commence in mid-2013 at the UEGS Manila Campus or at the Makati Business Central District. For details, please e-mail the UEGS at ue.graduate_school@yahoo.com.
