Seminar set on new BOT Law IRR

This one-of-a-kind seminar will feature two experts in the field of PPP transactions: Alberto C. Agra who holds the distinction of the only certified PPP specialist and certified regulations specialist in Asia and the only two in the world.

He was the former Secretary of Justice, Solicitor General and Government Corporate Counsel. He has written 3 authoritative books on the seminar topic namely, (a) Knowing PPP, BOT and JV: A legal Annotation and Model PPP Code for LGU (b) Caselaw on Local Autonomy and Local Governance; and (c) PPP and LGUs.
