Whirlpool Phl introduces energy-efficient products

One of the products is the Neo Conquest Energy Star refrigerator.  This no frost, top mount refrigerator was designed from the ground up with energy efficiency in mind. They were built specifically to conserve energy with an improved structural body which uses a thicker insulation and promotes better air flow for 33 percent energy savings, while providing more than 20 percent additional space.

Whirlpool is also introducing the Monolith Side by Side refrigerators.  These refrigerators help save energy by up to 30 percent, thanks to a high-efficiency compressor, an Eco Energy button feature, and Magic LED lights.  Most importantly, these Monolith Side by Side refrigerators come equipped with the eco-6th sense™ technology wherein intelligent sensors automatically detect usage patterns.  Accordingly, these sensors adjust the temperature inside the ref, thereby ensuring ideal cooling so food stays fresh longer with minimal power consumption.

Aside from refrigerators, Whirlpool is offering the EcoDrive™ VMW Washer.

This new washer line provides more power and energy efficiency with its exclusive EcoDrive™ Technology.  Unlike the conventional Belt Drive Technology, this innovative system produces less friction noise and vibration while providing optimum energy consumption and reliability.  Water is also conserved with the help of its patented H2Low™ Wash System that determines exactly how much water is needed to wash your clothes.  This saves your resources all the while delivering a deeper clean.

Earlier this year, the 2012 Energy Star Awards recognized Whirlpool Corp.’s continued leadership in offering consumers energy and water efficiency through its leading home appliance brands.  The award was the company’s 13th top Energy Star award and seventh consecutive Sustained Excellence win.  Whirlpool has been honored with 24 Energy Star awards overall, more than any other appliance manufacturer.
