Nuvocity skyline takes shape

MANILA, Philippines - With the start of the turnover of the 49-story  Aspire Tower and the recent commencement of construction of the adjacent  Dream Tower, the Nuvocity skyline is taking shape and redefining the standard for developments in Quezon City and Metro Manila. 

The Aspire Tower with a project cost of P2 billion was completed on schedule and features an all European interior finish.  The same standard of finish in Aspire, will also be done in Dream Tower.

Considering that the selling prices of both Aspire  and Dream Towers are still below P100,000 per square meter coupled by  their premiere location along C5, Quezon City,  they are the best value residential condominiums in the market today,  added Rally Martinez, Nuvoland president and CEO. Dream Tower will be completed by 2015, and apart from building on the successes of Aspire Tower, it features the Skyloft units, a two story residential condominium unit, that looks and feels like a house within the confines of a luxury tower.
