Bread making seminar set

Manila, Philippines -  The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on bread making and cake baking at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City on Aug. 25, from 10 am to 6 pm.

The seminar covers actual demo, food tasting and hands-on experience on how to make ciabatta bread, baguette, rye bread, pandesal, ensaymada, mamon, burger bug, hotdog bun, dinner roll, cinnamon roll, donut, ube roll, mongo roll, taisan bread, banana roll, carrot bread, raisin bread, sans rival, food for the god’s, crema de fruita, blueberry crumble, oreo cheese cake and custard cake.

Also to be discussed are sourcing of materials, costing, and step by step guidelines on how to venture into baking business.

Lunch, snacks hand-outs and all the materials needed for demo and hands-on training will be provided.
