Competitive intelligence

MANILA, Philippines - The Center for Global Best Practices (website www.cgbp.org; Manila tel. nos. 556-8968/69 or Cebu lines (032) 512-3106/07), in collaboration with FULD &Co., the pioneer and leader in competitive intelligence globally, is bringing to the Philippines the workshop on Competitive Intelligence (CI) and Business Wargaming. This one-time two-day event will be held on Aug. 8 and 9 at the Edsa Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City. The program will feature the theories and practices of CI; case studies; useful tools and techniques; approach and methodology; strategic and tactical applications; project management for CI use; and other valuable information that will help raise the level of competitiveness of any business organization. This special program will feature Jose Adolfo “Jam” Mariquit, managing director of FULD in Asia. He is a certified trainer of Harvard University’s Program on Negotiation, a graduate of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA), and a member of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP).
