MANILA, Philippines - The country’s biggest names in the Philippine franchising sector led by Elizabeth Pardo-Orbeta, CFE, Philippine Franchise Association (PFA) president and Wendy’s Phils. chairman, together with event overall chairman Jose Magsaysay Jr., CFE, Cinco Corp./Potato Corner CEO, joined hands to support Asia’s biggest franchise show – Franchise Asia Philippines (FAP) 2012 slated on July 25-29 at the SMX Convention Center, Manila.
Organized by PFA, the country’s pioneer and largest franchise association, FAP2012 is the latest evolution of the annual Philippine International Franchise Conference and Expo, and last year’s milestone international event Franchise Asia 2011, which gave the Philippines, through PFA, the honor to host the convergence of the top leaders in the international franchise community, aside from holding a record-breaking International Franchise Conference and International Franchise Expo.
Lending support to FAP2012 include prominent names in the Philippine franchising, among them – Jose Victor Paterno (president/CEO-Phil. Seven Corp.), and Dr. Alan Escalona, CFE (president-Fruit Magic), overall co-chairman for International and National, respectively; Franklin Go (Store Operations director-Goldilocks), chairman – international franchise conference; and, Kenneth Yang (president-McDonald’s Phils.), chairman - international franchise expo.
This year’s event is bannered under the theme Asia to the World, the World to Asia, which aims to sustain and strengthen PFA’s core mission of affirming the Philippines’ position as the Center for Franchise Development in Asia, and its role as a synergy agent for Asian franchising.
