Finex holds forum on real estate industry outlook

MANILA, Philippines - The Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (FINEX) is conducting a half-day forum “Outlook for the Real Estate Industry in 2012 and beyond...” on March 7, 2 p.m.-6 p.m.., at the Ayala Executive Lounge, 25th Flr. of Ayala Tower One, Ayala Ave., Makati City.

Is there a property bubble? What is the current state of each sector of the real estate industry? How long will the boom last? Are macroeconomic fundamentals supportive of further growth of the real estate industry?

Where are the opportunities? What are the financing options available to both developers and home buyers? How is the policy environment for real estate? What industry-specific policy measures are available to prevent a property bubble?

These questions and more will be addressed by an array of speakers who are experts in their respective fields.

The attendance fee is P2,500 for FINEX members and P3,000 for non-FINEX members and it is inclusive of food, seminar materials and attendance certificate.
