MANILA, Philippines - Chevrolet Philippines recently opened a new dealership hub in Mandaue City, its “biggest and most modern” in the Philippines to date as it plans to penetrate developing markets like Bohol, Cebu South district and Siquijor.
In a statement, the car firm said Chevrolet Cebu, which was formally launched on Feb. 8, was opened under the management of its new Cebu dealer partner- Genesis Motors Corp.
The dealership hub located at M.C. Briones St., Highway Ibabao, Mandaue City, Cebu has a total lot area of 4,040 square meters.
“The newly opened dealership is set to capitalize on the great potential for growth and development in the region,” the company statement said.
Chevrolet Philippines said it plans to make Chevrolet Cebu a “model dealership” in the country.
“Already, plans for penetrating developing markets like Bohol, the South District of Cebu, and Siquijor are in the pipeline, while its campaign for making Chevrolet Cebu a powerhouse, from tapping local and foreign managed companies based there for business and making it a model dealership for the rest of the Chevrolet family to emulate, is naturally also in the works,” the company said.
The newly opened dealership also promises to implement deals suited to the local market such as its Super Low Down Payment plans which will be carried out in partnership with local banks.
Chevrolet Philippines distributes the Chevrolet Spark, Cruze, Aveo, Captiva, Camaro and Suburban. It currently has 16 dealer showrooms: Chevrolet Alabang, Chevrolet Greenhills-EDSA, Chevrolet Makati, Chevrolet North-EDSA, Chevrolet Otis-Manila, Chevrolet Pasig, Chevrolet Quezon Avenue, Chevrolet Shaw, Chevrolet Bacolod, Chevrolet Cebu, Chevrolet Dagupan, Chevrolet Davao, Chevrolet Iloilo, Chevrolet Laguna, Chevrolet Pampanga and Chevrolet Tacloban.
