RCD Land breaks ground for new Cavite project

MANILA, Philippines - RCD Land Inc., a developer of affordable housing projects, recently marked the construction of its RCD Royale Homes Phase 1A and 2A in Silang, Cavite.

RCD Land president Roland C. Delantar said that with their new project, they are confident that the company will continue to provide superior yet affordable homes and hassle-free services to its various clients.

“We are excited to launch the next phases of RCD Royale Homes, and to fulfill our countrymen’s dream of making it better here in the Philippines, especially for our OFWs. We want to remind them that their dreams are within reach,” Delantar said.

Part of the company’s plan for 2012, is to launch its “zero defect program.” The campaign also aims to strengthen the quality control measures of the company, from supplies to development. “Suppliers should adhere to the specifications that our engineers and architects require, from roof sheets down to the single nail and washer,” RCD Land engineer Jun Todio said.

RCD Development Inc. will soon build its own hardware storage to make sure the quality of the materials is in perfect condition from hardware to the building site.
