Eton to turn over 2,351 condo units this yr

MANILA, Philippines -Eton Properties Philippines Inc. will turn over to its clients a total of 2,351 units in five newly-finished residential condominium projects this year.

In a statement, Eton said it started the turnover of 674 units in Belton Place, located in Makati City, and 665 units in the West Tower of its fastest-selling project, One Archers Place.

“The turnover of these units does not only mean new homes for our clients. For those who bought purely for investment purpose, this means a new steady source of income from those renting their units,” said Eton president and chief operating officer Danilo Ignacio.

Eton will also turn over in April 303 units from The Eton Residences Greenbelt, 229 units from the Eton Parkview Greenbelt, as well as 480 units from the Eton Emerald Lofts.

The Eton Residences Greenbelt is a premium residential condominium right in front of the upscale Greenbelt complex. Eton Parkview Greenbelt, meanwhile, is just a few steps away.

Eton Emerald Lofts, on the other hand, is located in the Ortigas business district.

The company has launched 43 projects within a short span of four years.
