MANILA, Philippines - The Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA) will host the offering of the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) course to be held from Feb. 20 to 24, 2012, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the AIM Conference Centre Manila, Philippines.
The CIPS course is licensed by the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the world’s largest trade association considered the “voice for global real estate” representing over 1.3 million members in the United States as well as in 60 countries across the globe. CREBA is the exclusive NAR Cooperating Association in the Philippines.
The intensive five-day CIPS curriculum provides real estate professionals unique hands-on experience in international real estate transactions, focus on critical aspects of global real estate business including currency and exchange rate issues, promotes cross-cultural relationships, provides an actual feel of regional market conditions and investment performances, and covers detailed presentations on country-specific tax issues in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Oceania.
