Ad-For to diversify into other business

MANILA, Philippines - Online advertising firm Ad-For Online Group of Companies will further diversify its businesses this year as part of its program to open up more high-yield income opportunities to its associates.

Ad-For chairman Jezer V. Petil said the diversification thrust will make Ad-For a major player not just in the online advertising space but also in the retail and marketing arena.

“The versatile nature of our flagship business, which is the innovative online advertising scheme that we have formulated, allows us to easily branch into new ventures for the benefit not just of our retail partners but also of our associates,” Petil emphasized.

Part of the programs this year is the start of the Advantage Card campaign that Ad-For will undertake along with its partner establishments beginning with Chicco Di Caffe’, Hairs and Nails and Francisco Dental Clinic, he said.

Ad-For is also launching new services including an e-loading system, money remittances, bills payments (such as electricity and water) through mobile phones, and other Ad-For business transaction using mobile phones, Petil added.

The company, he said, will also enhance the offerings in its website, particularly the inclusion of online discounts and deals in partnership with different establishments.

Ad-For president Jay C. Lastima said aside from its portal, Ad-For will also enhance its advertising campaigns using buses and billboards nationwide.

To support its expansion plans, Ad-For will establish 18 business centers throughout the country to serve as training sites for its associates, aside from hosting the company’s representative offices in the different regions, Lastima explained.

Ad-For vice president for operations Ervin Paul O. Halili stressed the business centers will also open up job opportunities especially to Davao residents, who will serve as the company’s Advantage Cards sales representatives. Recruitment of personnel will then be extended to other cities in the country.

Ad-For has made its mark globally with its innovative online advertising scheme that allows its associates to earn money every time they view that ads on display in its portal. The company’s website is now getting an average of one million visitors every month.
