MANILA, Philippines - Villar-led housing builder Vista Land and Lifescapes is building a P400-million mid-rise residential building in Pasig City targeting the middle-income market.
The new project, Camella Condo Homes, will be a single 10-story building that will rise on a 1,271-square meter property along Mercedes Ave., near the business districts of Ortigas, Makati and Bonifacio Global City.
It will be undertaken via Vista Residences, the condominium development arm of Vista Land.
Maribeth C. Tolentino, chief operating officer of Vista Residences, said the new project will offer 171 studio and two-bedroom units which will be sold for P1.4 million to P3.5 million.
The studio units will have a floor area of 21 sqm while the two-bedroom flats will have a space of 42 sqm.
Camella Condo Homes will offer easy payment packages with installments of as low as P8,000 a month, Tolentino said.
She said the project is targeting young professionals 25 to 35 years old, or couples 40 to 50 years old who have children in college.
The building will have four commercial units at the ground floor to be leased to establishments that will serve homeowners.
It will also be WiFi ready with its own recreational amenities such as clubhouse, basketball court, swimming pool, and parks and playgrounds.
Pasig City is fast emerging as Metro Manila’s next prime location due to its close proximity to shopping malls, office buildings, educational institutions, convenience stores and banks.
