MANILA, Philippines - Century Properties Group Inc. is now ranked number three in condominium pre-sales in Metro Manila as of Sept. 30, 2011, according to data from Colliers International.
The company increased its market share by 87 percent from six percent in 2010 to 10 percent in September this year, posting the biggest improvement among its peers.
Century Properties chief financial officer Jose Carlo R. Antonio said: “In 2011, Century has executed its business plan of differentiating its products, and selling to local residents and to the global Filipinos. We owe our success in 2011 to the market’s acceptance of Azure Urban Residences in Parañaque, Acqua Residences in Mandaluyong, and three towers in Century City including Centuria Medical Makati , Milano Residences and Trump Tower Manila.”
Azure, an urban resort type of condominium project beside SM Taguig, is under Century Limitless, the group’s affordable housing unit.
To further make its presence felt in the affordable housing sector, Century Limitless will build a P4.8-billion mid-rise condominium building along Commonwealth Ave. in Quezon City. The project will consist of eight to 10 stories, with units selling for P1.5 million to P3 million each.
With over 26 years of experience in real estate, Century has a combined portfolio of more than 65 projects under development and property management, and has sold to clients in the Philippines and over 50 countries.
Century Properties is the developer of the posh Essensa East Forbes in Fort Bonifacio and Pacific Star Building
The company is collaborating with international brands Versace Home, Paris Hilton, GE Healthcare, and the Trump organization as part of a strategy to elevate the Philippines as a premiere real estate destination.
