The independent validation by ISO provides peace of mind to customers that Dell is committed to sound management practices that are thoroughly measured and evaluated in order to exceed customer satisfaction.” To earn the ISO 9001:2008 certification, Dell was evaluated throughout the enterprise, from operations and information systems to accounting and human resources. The analysis included a thorough audit of systems, policies and practices governing operations, confirming that these processes are applied with a commitment towards ongoing improvement.
