ALI allots P1B for new projects in Anvaya Cove
MANILA, Philippines - Ayala Land Inc.’s upscale brand Ayala Land Premier may spend another P1 billion to develop the next three residential buildings of a planned six-tower project within Anvaya Cove in Morong, Bataan.
Anvaya Cove is ALI’s first exclusive members-only seaside leisure community, encompassing 320 hectares.
Mike Jugo, head of sales at ALP, said the company has already started construction of the first three buildings of the Asian-contemporary inspired Sea Breeze Verandas, housing 170 units which are targeted for turnover to clients in the third quarter of 2012.
The fourth building, which will be four to five stories tall, is expected to be launched summer next year.
Jugo said Sea Breeze Veranda, located along the highest ridge of Anvaya Cove at 120 meters above sea level, will offer a total of 300 one-to three bedroom and penthouse units when completed.
The units sell for P6 million to P32 million each. Unit sizes range from 54 sqm to 189 square meters.
Other developments within Anvaya Cove is a golf and sports club, featuring an 18-hole all-weather sustainable golf course, a world-class golf club and an extensive sports complex. ALP has earmarked P1 billion for this project, slated for completion in summer of 2013.
At the same time, Jugo said ALP has acquired a 150-square meter lot beside Anvaya Cove to be used for future expansion.
Aside from the golf and sports club, other developments include a Nature Camp, a six-hectare forest preserve area that will have different nature trails, ropes courses, zip lines, picnic areas, and camping sites; and a yacht marina, a parking for the boats and yacht of our homeowners.
