STAR columnist to address Rotary Club

MANILA, Philippines - Philippine STAR  columnist, 11-time Catholic Mass Media Award (CMMA) winner, three-time Palanca literary awardee, realty entrepreneur and college teacher Wilson Lee Flores will be the guest speaker today at 7:30 p.m. at the Rotary Club of Bagumbayan at the Hyatt Hotel and Casino Manila in Pedro Gil Street, Malate, Manila.

He will speak on the topic: “Why P-Noy’s love life is good news for the Philippine economy.”

A realty businessman whose PhilStar columns focus mainly on economic/business and pop culture issues, Flores is also part-time teacher at La Consolacion College Manila and editor-in-chief of Mega Publishing’s revitalized Inside Showbiz magazine.

Founded in 1979 and covering the areas of Malate, Singalong and Ermita of Manila city, Rotary Bagumbayan in District Awards 2010 was named as the “Overall Most Outstanding Rotary Club.” It is led by president Juanito “Boy” F. Kaw.
