MANILA, Philippines - A “new” direct selling company based in France and owned by the Groupe Yves Rocher – one of the top beauty companies in the world – is now in the Philippines with the goal of changing the lives of Filipino women and mothers here for the better.
Stanhome World Philippines, the number one direct selling home care brand in Europe, opens its first market in Asia in the Philippines and intends to make it the hub of operations for the rest of Asia within the foreseeable future.
The company will introduce this month over 300 high quality, effective, concentrated yet value for money products for cleaning and freshening up homes, for protecting and promoting family health and wellness, for beautifying and enhancing skin and good looks, plus a lingerie line exclusively for the Philippine market.
Six Stanhome World Philippines service centers in prime locations are set to open. Munoz, Shaw Boulevard and Marikina in Metro Manila, and in Cagayan de Oro were inaugurated last Feb. 28 while the Novaliches and Davao Service Centers will open very soon. These locations are where the Stanhome Independent Supervisors (SIS) can order and pick their products to deliver to their customers. More Stanhome World service centers will be opened within the year.
German Martinez, director general and chief executive officer, Stanhome World International, was in Manila recently and said the company has great faith in its products and the Philippine market because of the importance that the family plays in local society.
“Our international direct selling company is committed to high quality home care, family care and beauty care solutions. We have earned the trust of millions of women and mothers in Europe. We intend to do the same in the Philippines and Asia,” he said.
Stanhome World, which in the second brand of the Groupe Yves Rocher is based in Paris France. With 80 years of experience in direct selling, it is available in Europe and Latin America and has distributorship in several other markets with 80 years of experience in direct selling, it is available in Italy, The Philippines is its first market in the Asia-Pacific region. It will market its two strong brands in the country – Stanhome and Kiotis, a French cosmetic brand based on essential oil aromalogy (aromatherapy) developed by Jacques Rocher, the youngest son of Yves Rocher.
