MANILA, Philippines - Ayala Land Premiere Inc. (ALPI), a unit of Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) that caters to the high-end segment of the property market, has bankrolled P1 billion to develop a world-class 18-hole championship golf course and other sports facilities within its 320-hectare Anvaya Cove leisure community in Morong, Bataan.
ALI residential business group head Bobby Dy said the golf course, which occupies 80 hectares of the total area, was designed by Kevin Ramsey, partner and principal of Golf Plan, a world-renowned design firm specializing in sustainable golf course development.
Dy said the company is now selling 1,500 golf shares priced between P1.2 million and P1.8 million, 500 of which are expected to be sold this year.
He said the Anvaya Cove Golf and Sports Club has the potential to be ranked alongside the best golf courses in the world.
“Anvaya Cove is a tangible representation of ALPI’s thrust for environmental sustainability and holds the distinction of being our first leisure community development, said Antonio Aquino, president of ALI.
Membership in the Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club is a pre-requisite to acquiring a residential lot or seaside villa. Anvaya Cove is a joint development of ALI and Sudeco, a privately owned real estate holding company.
Once complete, Anvaya Cove will have amenities for the whole family like non-motorized salt water activities (shallow dives, diving lessons, snorkeling, windsurfing, skim boarding, boating), fresh water activities (fishing lessons, rowing, RC boats), dry activities (camping, picnics, survival trainings, sand castle making, kite flying), relaxation activities (spa, facial, international buffet, library lounge, bar and grill).
The beach resort is the nearest and most accessible beach in the country thru the Subic-Clark-Tarlac expressway.
