MANILA, Philippines - Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) recently held a topping off ceremony for Two Evotech, its second office building development within Nuvali.
Two Evotech is a campus development catering to the unique office space requirements of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology/Information Technology-Enabled Services (IT/IT-ES) firms. The low-rise building is composed of five floors with a gross leasable area of almost 12,000 square meters. It is part of Nuvali, a 1,840 hectare masterplanned eco-city envisioned to be next CBD and regional growth center south of the Makati business district.
