Security Bank introduces new official
MANILA, Philippines - Eduardo Olbes recently joined the management team of Security Bank Corp. as executive vice president and head of its Corporate and Investment Banking Segment.
He is responsible for the institutional banking platform which includes the corporate banking and investment banking units of the bank.
He was also appointed president of SB Capital Investment Corp. and chairman of SB Equities, Inc., both are subsidiaries of Security Bank.
Olbes is a distinguished international banker, with extensive exposure in the field of corporate finance, investment and corporate banking in the United States and Asia. He has over 17 years of work experience from Citibank N.A. Philippines, Morgan Stanley & Co., and Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. among others.
He is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts major in Economics from University of California, Berkeley and has a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a dual major in Finance and Management from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University.
