The site’s reservation facility, powered by Micros Fidelio Opera Webpage Suite, gives users the convenience of real-time booking and instant confirmation. Following the recent launch of Waterfront Hotels’ Central Reservations Office, a virtual one-stop service for all Waterfront hotels nationwide, the site complements existing capabilities built towards the same goal of making hotel booking accessible and convenient for its guests.
Both innovations – online booking and central reservations – are proof of the company’s continuous efforts to expand both its online and offline presence. With increased online distribution, the group widens its reach to prospective clients. The results are evident from the surge in the number of internet-based bookings over the past year. With the updated Waterfront website, the group foresees a 25 percent increase in online presence and production, on top of its existing bookings. This was primarily seen the last couple of years with the pour of online business across the Waterfront Hotels.
Site developer is Libelle Creative, Inc., under the creative direction of Waterfront’s management team and PR, advertising and events consultant, A-List. Providing a refreshing change from the old design, using shades of gray, black and white, the site adopts a sleeker look.
