Meat, fish processing seminar set
MANILA, Philippines - Learn how to process meat and fish to earn extra cash. The Golden Treasure Skills Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on meat and fish-processing at the Baguio-Benguet Community Credit Cooperative, Assumption Rd., Baguio City on April 25, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Participants will get to experience how to make tocino, skinless longganisa, Chinese (canton) sausage, embutido, chicken nuggets, chicken and pork ham, pork kikiam, fish ball, fish fillet, Spanish and tomato sardine, fish burger, squid ball, cornedbeef, bacon. Bonus courses: how to make vegetable preserved (achara from papaya, ampalaya, carrot, sayote, etc.) and kimchi. Each participant will receive a certificate of training.
