MANILA, Philippines - Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. will launch three new affordable residential communities in Northern Luzon with a total project value of P9.2 billion.
These new projects, under the Camella brand, are Camella Baliwag, Camella Tarlac and Camella Tuguegarao.
“The three new projects are important elements in our strategy for Northern Luzon. With key infrastructures such as the renovated North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), we are better positioned to offer products in the northern areas of the country,” said Camella president Maribeth Tolentino.
Camella Baliwag, a P3.5-billion development, will rise on a 42-hectare parcel of land in Bulacan. Only a short 45-minute drive from Manila through NLEX, the development offers residents seven home design choices.
On the other hand, the P5-billion Camella Tarlac will consist of 2,800 homes divided among three enclaves on 61 hectares near McArthur Highway. Residents may choose among seven Spanish-inspired model home units.Camella Tarlac will be a modern residential hub of well-appointed yet affordable homes, featuring world-class facilities and amenities for wholesome and healthy family living. Easily accessible via the SCTEX, Camella Tarlac is a two and a half hour drive from Manila.
Meanwhile, Camella Tuguegarao is a P700-million development located in Cagayan Valley, which will be configured as a nine-hectare community with 452 units. The community, with six types of home units to suit most budgets and requirements, is conveniently located on Maharlika Highway.
Tolentino said Camella continues to pursue its vision of changing the countryside and housing the nation, pointing out that its parent firm has the widest geographic presence, currently encompassing 19 provinces and 44 cities and municipalities.
