MANILA, Philippines - The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will hold on Jan. 16 a seminar on baking and bread making at the PTTC training Rm. A, at the Department of Trade and Industry Building (DTI), Roxas Blvd. cor. Senator Gil Puyat Ave., Manila from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Participants will learn all the basic preparation techniques, and procedures in making bread and baking cakes. Also to be discussed are sourcing of materials, costing, and how to start and maintain a business. Participants will receive certificates of training after the seminar.
