Almost ready for occupancy

MANILA, Philippines - Philrealty’s Andrea Skyline Tower, one of five luxury towers of its Andrea North development project, is almost ready for occupancy. Construction is 85 percent complete. Target date of project completion and turnover is mid-2010. One of the Skyline’s amenities is a modern single-storey clubhouse that can accommodate 500 or more guests for a single function. Designed with mostly glass panels, the clubhouse has a spectacular view of the swimming pool, children’s pool, coffee shop, and the gardens landscaped by national artist, I.P. Santos. The Skyline Tower’s model units will soon be open for public viewing on site at Balete Drive corner N. Domingo Streets, New Manila, Quezon City.
