Winsource Business bags 2 new accounts

MANILA, Philippines - Winsource Business Solutions, Inc. will now service two new accounts for its outbound processes. The 100-percent Filipino-owned business process outsourcing (BPO) company is the official and exclusive marketing partner of Go Green, a US-based private organization campaigning for effective water utilization and conservation and Your Trading Room (YTR), an Australian-based company engaged in foreign exchange trading.

“With Go Green, our agents will call US residents and inquire how they use water and other household utilities and then promote ways on conservation. This is not only to help households cut on their utility bills but to also promote environmental preservation to residents,” Winsource president and chief executive officer Dr. Patrick T. Azanza said.

YTR, on the other hand, is “an appointment setting campaign where agents call Australian residents and educate them on the business potential of foreign exchange trading, with the ultimate goal of inviting them to attend a seminar or a webinar on foreign exchange,” he explained. Aside from a basic salary, agents assigned to the YTR account get commissions for actual seminar bookings.

Azanza said these two new accounts have social responsibility aspects. “These two campaigns add to the 30-50 campaigns we have in a year, and to over 15 client companies that Winsource services year-round,” he added.

Winsource offers both voice and non-voice professional customer services. It utilizes a high-end dialer system, Aspect Concierto, and provides data redundancy systems through altitude redundancy program supported by Digitel, PLDT, and Helius. Clients are assured of data protection and recovery in case of system shutdowns.

Winsource’s portfolio of services include debt collection, customer service, foreign exchange trading, appointment setting, pharmaceutical and medical services, environmental campaigns, directory assistance, telcos, social campaigns, pay-per-hour and pay-per-performance campaigns.

With new Go Green and YTR businesses, Azanza announced a requirement for 100 call center agents for the 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. shift and for the 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. shift.
