Seminar on fashion jewelry

MANILA, Philippines - One of the best home-based businesses to start on your own is a fashion jewelry and bead making business. Learn how to make amazing jewelry and explore the craft of bead making during a one-day seminar conducted by Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program on Aug. 22, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the College of Social Work and Community Development, on Magsaysay Ave. corner Ylanan St., University of the Philippines-Diliman Quezon City.

Topics to be discussed are sourcing of materials, costing and a lecture on entreprenuership on how to start and maintain a business will also be discussed.

There will be a hands-on experience and participants will be taught the easy way on how to string up beads and tying up colorful crystals and stones to transform them into bracelets, earrings, necklaces, anklets, and other accessories using indigenous materials.

Lunch and snack will be served while all the materials will be provided. A certificate of completion will be handed to participant after the seminar.
